Job Description

Would be responsible for Industrial ( Human) relations for all IR & Long Term Settlements with Union. Responsible for discipline, Statutory Compliance & Contract Labour Management, safety and security.
Keep track of negotiations and workmen grievances.
Excellent Union Negotiations skill .
Should be well informed up-to-date on changes to labour laws, arbitration decisions, court judgements and anything else that may affect union-management relations. Knowledge of Labour Laws and its practical applicability
Liaison with various state and central government Authorities
Hands on experience in handling legal issues/cases.
